Demand Planning Manager

To lead the end-to-end demand planning process by developing accurate and reliable daily, weekly, monthly, and annual S&OP Process across all channels, regions, and product hierarchies, to ensure alignment between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and relevant stakeholders.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts by channel, region, location, and SKU
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle
- Support SAP performance diagnostics and improvement across supply chain
- Analyze historical demand data, market trends, and promotions to build robust plans
- Apply and refine statistical forecasting models
- Monitor CFR, OOS, Cancellations, Deletions, and other KPIs
- Ensure demand plans are realistic and aligned with production capacity
- Identify and monitor slow-moving and obsolete (SLOB) items
- Prepare and present forecast scenarios and risks to management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Commercial Planning
- Proven experience in SAP implementation and auditing
- Experience in multi-SKU, multi-channel FMCG environments
