The Business Development Manager will focus on driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and expanding market presence within the HR and recruitment services sector in Abu Dhabi.

- Contact potential clients to establish relationships and understand recruitment needs
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends and competitor activities
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to acquire new clients
- Identify new business opportunities in the HR and recruitment space
- Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
المؤهلات
- Must have previous experience in HR & recruitment services in UAE (2 years)
- Proven track record of success in business development
- Strong knowledge of local HR and recruitment marketing within UAE
- Must have UAE driving License
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
