Business Development Officer - Outbound Sales (FADES)

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a Business Development Officer for Outbound Sales. Core Responsibilities: Identify and understand customer needs. Manage selling of products to target segments. Ensure accuracy of bank forms and documents. Ensure optimal utilization of sales tools. Document and maintain records of sales activities. Ensure assigned sales targets and budgets are met. Administer compliance to sale objectives. Monitor customer queries and ensure timely response. Coordinate with customers for product info and documentation. Maintain knowledge on FAB and competitor products. Adhere to service level targets. Define performance goals and identify training requirements.
