We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Experience Coordinator to support hiring activities for Non-Electronics categories within our e-commerce business in KSA. This role requires effective coordination skills, clear and professional communication, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders while delivering a positive candidate experience.

المسؤوليات

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and maintaining databases
  • Coordinate with various teams to support HR operations and engagement initiatives
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies
  • Assist in onboarding, record maintenance, and offboarding
  • Prepare HR documentation including contracts and offer letters
  • Facilitate new hire orientations
  • Prepare regular reports on HR activities and compliance metrics

المؤهلات

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role
  • Solid understanding of HR & Recruitment processes
