People Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Experience Coordinator to support hiring activities for Non-Electronics categories within our e-commerce business in KSA. This role requires effective coordination skills, clear and professional communication, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders while delivering a positive candidate experience.
المسؤوليات
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and maintaining databases
- Coordinate with various teams to support HR operations and engagement initiatives
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies
- Assist in onboarding, record maintenance, and offboarding
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts and offer letters
- Facilitate new hire orientations
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities and compliance metrics
المؤهلات
- 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role
- Solid understanding of HR & Recruitment processes
