Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: - Create engaging content for personal and company social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) - Develop reels, short-form videos, carousels, captions, and stories - Assist with content shoots (photo & video) Editing & Production: - Edit videos, reels, and promotional content - Design basic graphics and visual assets - Ensure consistent brand identity across platforms Content Planning & Calendar Management: - Create and manage a monthly content calendar - Schedule posts and ensure timely publishing - Coordinate with team members for upcoming campaigns and launches Strategy & Growth: - Monitor performance analytics - Suggest content improvements based on engagement insights - Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes
