Salesforce is seeking a strong candidate for the strategic role of Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives tasked with developing and growing the partnership across our Enterprise customer segments. You will lead a team of motivated and results-driven Account Executives in a dynamic SaaS sales environment, responsible for driving revenue and achieving individual, team, and organizational goals in your territory.

  • Cultivate a diverse and high-performing team
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development of Account Executives
  • Support Account Executives in client meetings
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Lead initiatives to generate and improve revenue opportunities
  • Guide Account Executives on effective sales strategies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives
  • Develop and execute the GTM strategy
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and forecasts

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in selling and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise applications and customer success metrics
  • Proven track record of internal promotions
  • Ability to navigate complex buying cycles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Fluency in English and preferably Arabic languages
