Salesforce is seeking a strong candidate for the strategic role of Regional Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives tasked with developing and growing the partnership across our Enterprise customer segments. You will lead a team of motivated and results-driven Account Executives in a dynamic SaaS sales environment, responsible for driving revenue and achieving individual, team, and organizational goals in your territory.

- Cultivate a diverse and high-performing team
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development of Account Executives
- Support Account Executives in client meetings
- Foster collaboration and alignment across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Lead initiatives to generate and improve revenue opportunities
- Guide Account Executives on effective sales strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives
- Develop and execute the GTM strategy
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and forecasts
المؤهلات
- Minimum 10 years of experience in selling and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise applications and customer success metrics
- Proven track record of internal promotions
- Ability to navigate complex buying cycles
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluency in English and preferably Arabic languages
