FairMoney is looking for a Chief Growth Officer who is a business builder. You will hold the keys to our Consumer Growth Engine while acting as the strategic marketing partner for our Business and Asset Finance divisions.

- Manage a multi-million Euro annual growth budget for the Consumer vertical
- Sustain and aggressively grow the core high-velocity lending business
- Scale Prime Consumer Lending through HR/Payroll platform partnerships
- Enable digital lead generation for FairMoney Business & Asset Finance
- Lead international expansion and new market launches across Africa
- Overhaul the digital marketing tech stack
- Collaborate with Product and Risk to implement Dynamic Onboarding
المؤهلات
- 10+ years in Growth, Marketing, or P&L roles
- Deep experience in Fintech, Digital Banking, or High-Velocity Consumer Tech
- Proven track record of managing growth across multiple African countries or emerging markets
