TripleTen is looking for a Financial Analyst (HR Analytics) to join our Finance team. This role blends financial analysis, HR metrics, and accounting processes to support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and data-backed decision-making as we scale.

  • Support workforce planning and budgeting
  • Partner with Finance, People Operations, and Stakeholders on headcount forecasting
  • Improve data accuracy and transparency by reconciling HR data with financial systems
  • Deliver actionable HR financial insights via reports and dashboards
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

المؤهلات

  • 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related analytical role
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and their impact on financial outcomes
  • Solid knowledge of accounting processes, including payroll, accruals, and expense recognition
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
