- Identify top talent, build and scale high performing teams
- Mentor new sales talent and support skill development
- Leverage data and metrics to drive insight
- Coach and support SDRs and AAPs
- Collaborate with Sales leaders on onboarding and development
المؤهلات
- 8+ years of professional experience with a background in Sales
- At least 2 years leading Inside Sales/Sales Development Program
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
