- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Handle employee relations matters and inquiries
- Assist with payroll coordination and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate training and staff development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and support audits
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role
