Handle leads by managing high-intent unit and project requests by connecting customers with developer sales and ensuring closure. Classify intent and route them to the correct funnel/team with speed and accuracy.
المسؤوليات
- Validate customer request, budget fit, and purchase readiness
- Connect customers with developer sales and follow up
- Track milestones including reservation steps and documents
- Identify customer intent and classify into correct funnels
- Maintain strict SLAs for first action and assignment
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Participate in QA reviews and coaching
- Flag recurring routing issues and developer friction points
المؤهلات
- 6+ months to 2 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, telesales or leads management roles
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
