As our Presales Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, bridging the gap between business needs and Arabic.AI solutions. This role will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing AI-driven solutions, delivering tailored demonstrations, and supporting the sales cycle with deep technical and functional expertise. You will also collaborate closely with Account Executives, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

المسؤوليات

  • Support the Sales team in RFP/RFI responses and proposal preparation
  • Articulate competitive differentiation and value proposition of Arabic.AI offerings
  • Translate client needs into solution architectures
  • Build and deliver compelling product demonstrations and POCs
  • Engage with clients to understand business challenges and objectives
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product Management and Marketing

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business information systems, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales role
  • Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Arabic
