Holox is looking for a Sales Operations specialist to manage the primary inbound lead flow, handle follow-ups, and schedule qualified meetings with developers, agencies, and partners. This role is critical to keeping the sales pipeline clean, responsive, and moving forward.
المسؤوليات
- Handle inbound leads from marketing channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, lead forms)
- Perform structured follow-ups via chat and email
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
- Schedule and confirm meetings for the commercial team
- Maintain accurate lead statuses, notes, and next steps in CRM
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure high-quality opportunity handover
المؤهلات
- Experience working with real estate developers, agencies, or B2B services for real estate
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of sales theory and qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Kommo, Bitrix24, Salesforce)
