Customer Engineer

Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
المسؤوليات
- Perform maintenance and repairs on ATM products
- Replace components on Tier I equipment
- Assist in site preparation and cable installation
- Resolve or escalate customer concerns
- Maintain an appropriate parts inventory
- Report calls and activity accurately
المؤهلات
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of related experience
- A+ Certification preferred
