The Head Chef - Modern Chinese Cuisine will lead the culinary direction of a high-end, luxury Chinese dining restaurant, responsible for delivering an elevated, contemporary interpretation of traditional Chinese cuisine. Accountability for menu creation, food quality, consistency, and presentation.

المؤهلات
- Minimum 10-15 years professional culinary experience in luxury dining
- 5-7 years in senior kitchen leadership roles (Head Chef/Executive Sous Chef)
- Expertise in Beijing-style and Hong Kong-influenced Chinese cuisine
- Advanced wok mastery
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP
