We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to join our team and manage daily HR processes with high ownership and strong execution. If you enjoy operational HR and can handle SGK & labor law processes, this role is for you.
المسؤوليات
- Handle daily employee HR inquiries
- Manage onboarding & offboarding processes
- Coordinate employee documentation
- Liaise with SSI (SGK)
- Support expatriate employees with operational HR admin
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Economics
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Good understanding of Turkish Labor Law and SGK processes
- Good command of English
