Business Development Manager

AstroLabs is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and drive strategic growth for our private office offerings in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the full sales cycle, build strong partnerships, and generate new business opportunities to ensure the success of our KAFD private office hub. This role involves pre-selling 21 private offices before launch and driving revenue across office rentals, expansion services, and compliance solutions.

المسؤوليات

  • Pre-sell all 21 private offices within 8 months
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, meetings, negotiation, and closing
  • Sell complementary services including HR, PRO & GRO subscriptions
  • Build relationships with industry leaders
  • Develop referral and partner programs
  • Contribute to the delivery of community events and workshops
  • Identify target sectors and clients with a focus on international companies

المؤهلات

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and closing deals
  • Strong network in Riyadh
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Highly organized, KPI-driven, and resilient
