As an SAP Employee Central Time Management (EC Time) / Time Tracking Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP EC Time and Time Tracking solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their time management and tracking requirements, configure SAP solutions to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. Your expertise will be critical in delivering innovative time management solutions that enhance workforce productivity, ensure compliance, and drive business success.

- Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP Employee Central Time Management and Time Tracking solutions
- Time Tracking and Absence Management: Configure and manage time tracking, work schedules, time sheets, absence management, and time-off policies
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze time management and tracking requirements
- Integration Management: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EC Time and Time Tracking with other SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure solutions comply with local labor laws, organizational policies, and industry standards
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate time tracking configurations
- Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance time management and tracking processes
