Project Manager (O&M - District Cooling Plant and Airside)

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the comprehensive maintenance contract, covering district cooling production assets, chilled water distribution network and all airside systems.
المسؤوليات
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of district cooling production assets
- Lead monthly/annual performance reviews and manage SLAs/KPIs
- Supervise plant operations, shift teams, and incident response
- Manage operation and maintenance of chilled water networks
- Implement PPM and CPM programs for airside equipment
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 15-20 years experience in district cooling or large HVAC operations
