Responsible for the HR operations of overseas employees and Chinese expatriates, including cross-border transfers, file management, non-cash benefits, supplier management, etc. Interpret and design HR operation processes that comply with local regulations and group standards (such as onboarding-on-the-job-departure full life cycle management). Lead overseas HR human resource operation projects and maintain HR system data integrity.

المؤهلات
