Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant to join the Strategic Workforce Planning Division (SWPD) within the Organization Consulting Department. SWPD is responsible for driving enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives that align with Saudi Aramco’s long-term business strategy and operational needs. The role holder will use data analytics, forecasting and optimization tools to assess current and future workforce requirements, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans to ensure the right talent is in place at the right time.

- Develop and implement enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives
- Use data, analytics, and forecasting tools to assess current and future workforce requirements
- Collaborate with business and HR leaders to deliver insights
- Apply workforce analytics to solve real business problems
- Design and implement workforce planning methodologies, tools, and systems
المؤهلات
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Statistics
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, organizational development, or management consulting
- Demonstrated experience in designing and leading consulting projects
