AP Payment team is responsible for executing accurate, timely and compliant vendor payments. The role is to ensure a smooth payment cycle and to support cash flow and thus supports strong supplier relationships by resolving payment issues efficiently.

المسؤوليات

  • Execute vendor payments according to the payment cycles within the month.
  • Ensures accurate forecasted amounts before the payment.
  • Coordinate with treasury and internal finance teams.
  • Validates invoices after they've been posted through payment proposals.
  • Ensure controls (currency, bank details, due dates, amounts).
  • Handle payment rejections, failed payments and bank returns.
  • Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder queries.
  • Support month end and year end closing activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within AP payment team.

  • Turkish Speaker (Fluent)
  • 0-1 years of experience in relevant field
