Customer Operations Planner

We are looking for a team member to join the Customer Operations Team with excellent knowledge of how the supply chain process works, have a positive impact on the front line ensuring orders are processed efficiently. Bring your problem-solving skills to improve the processes and uplift the growth of LEGO TURCAT!
المسؤوليات
- Working together with CAT customers and sales team supporting claim management
- Optimize customer inventories through analysis and operations of the replenishment system
- Participate customer meetings driving operations agenda
- Order to Cash process optimization
- Resolves unacceptable situations with customers, shipping locations, carriers, and analysts
- Acts as liaison between customer, sales, customer service and carriers
- Manage allocation process in the Business Unit with Customer Development team
المؤهلات
- Willingness to experience within supply chain organization (especially in customer service department)
- Knowledge of order to cash process, logistic services
- Strong collaboration ability to develop strong relationships
- Ability to analyze multiple/different source of data to identify issues
- Experience working with SAP, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in Data Analytics using Power BI
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Russian
