HR & Admin Manager

ASM is looking to hire HR & Admin Manager who will be a focal point for HR services supporting its business units globally in all functional areas including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Comp & Ben, Employee Relations etc. The role will also be required to assist Flight Operations Manager with Flight Crew Management, Crew Scheduling and Crew Licensing.

- Drive the implementation of strategic and operational HR programs
- Manage the recruitment process
- Lead the performance management process
- Design and Develop HR policies
- Manage Payroll and Benefits program
- Manage HRIS, Company Portals, Company Documents/Licensing and Government Relations
- Assist Flight Operations Manager with Flight Crew Management
المؤهلات
- Min. 8 years of experience in Human Resources
- Min. 3 years experience as Senior HR Generalist/Managerial role in Aviation industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration / Human Resources and/or a qualified member of the CIPD (or equivalent)
