Triangle City Real Estate LLC (TCR Properties) is hiring Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our growing sales team in Dubai. This role is focused exclusively on off-plan properties. You will work directly with developer projects, handle buyer and investor leads, and guide clients through the complete off-plan purchase journey. We provide full training, developer access, marketing support, and a structured sales environment suitable for both experienced agents and motivated freshers.
المسؤوليات
- Sell off-plan properties from approved developers
- Handle buyer and investor inquiries
- Present projects, payment plans, and investment options
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams
- Manage bookings, documentation, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and client pipelines
- Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE regulations
المؤهلات
- Off-plan or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE driving license is a plus
