Marketing Manager (Furniture Retail company)

To lead and execute the company’s marketing strategy in Kuwait, growing brand awareness, footfall, and sales across retail showrooms and digital channels. The Marketing Manager will be deeply knowledgeable about the Kuwait furniture market, customer behavior, seasonality, pricing dynamics, competitor activity, and channel performance.
المسؤوليات
- Maintain strong understanding of the Kuwait market
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, product positioning, and media activity
- Develop and own the annual marketing plan aligned with sales targets
- Plan and execute promotional calendars
- Lead digital acquisition: paid ads, SEO, website content
- Own the marketing budget and ensure spend is linked to measurable performance
- Manage external agencies/vendors
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5–8 years marketing experience, preferably in furniture, mattresses, retail, home/lifestyle, or FMCG retail
- Proven success in Kuwait market campaigns with measurable results
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and production
