Head of Customer Success (Remote from Ireland)

Lead and scale the global customer experience function for a partner company. This role oversees the end-to-end customer journey, building and mentoring a high-performing team while collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical partners to optimize processes and drive growth.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the customer success function and establish scalable strategies and KPIs
- Mentor and guide a team across support, aftersales, and service coordination
- Oversee post-sales operations including onboarding and technical coordination
- Enable sales processes through effective channel communication
- Optimize shipping, returns, and logistics communications
- Implement process improvements and automation
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing operations or customer success
- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong background in e-commerce operations
- Proficiency in Shopify and QuickBooks preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
