You will provide office administrative support and assist the HR and Procurement functions to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Coordinate office-related matters such as stationery and equipment
  • Communicate with building management and service providers
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Support top management with planning and coordination of meetings
  • Assist HR with onboarding activities and employee records
  • Support inventory tracking for office supplies and assets

المؤهلات

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field would be preferred
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant
