HR Recruitment Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Officer to join our in-house recruitment team and support our group’s hiring needs.
المسؤوليات
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple business units to understand workforce needs
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Create and post job descriptions
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring roles
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and data protection regulations
- Collaborate with HR Manager on workforce planning
