المسؤوليات

  • Demonstrated leadership in steering a team of channel and account managers
  • Managing Modern Trade Channel KPIs, Grids, visibility, in-store activations and budget
  • Managing stocks on ground vs forecasted IMS numbers
  • Managing Sales/MD Team KPIs in terms of coverage, frequency and call rate
  • Tracking MT visibility elements (displays, shelves, MSL achievement)
  • Managing Trade Marketing budgets by Channel, spend vs plan and budget reconciliations
  • Launch NPD/EPD with strategies to ease it for the sales team

المؤهلات

  • Professional Marketing / Sales Degree / Diploma
  • 7-10 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG
  • 3-5 years of experience in Modern trade Marketing Dept
  • Fluency in English is essential
