We are seeking contract-based Healthcare Recruiters with a clinical background to join our growing team. This role is ideal for current or former clinicians who want to use their first-hand knowledge of healthcare environments to identify, connect with, and support the best talent in the industry.

- Leverage clinical insight to source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals
- Assess candidate fit understanding clinical settings and skill sets
- Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to attract talent
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring organizations
- Support offer negotiation and onboarding processes
- Stay current on healthcare trends and workforce needs
المؤهلات
- Licensed or previously licensed healthcare professional (e.g., RN, RPN, PT, OT, etc.) with experience in primary care
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or healthcare staffing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable with digital tools, including ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting
