Our goal is clear: build one of Dubai’s strongest performance-driven sales forces. You will join one of our dedicated secondary market teams, each led by an experienced Sales Manager, specialized by area, and supported by strong systems.

- Managing inbound and outbound leads
- Daily prospecting to secure listings from landlords and investors
- Staying updated with real market trends
- Conducting viewings and negotiating deals
- Managing owner relationships with professionalism and strategic advice
- Understanding pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, and rental demand in your area
- Maintaining a consistent performance rhythm (daily KPIs + weekly reporting)
