The Laboratory Technician conducts daily in-process quality control checks as well as physico-chemical analysis and micro determinations of incoming raw materials, finished products and plant environment. This role has either an emphasis on a continuous evaluation of the process, goods and the close follow up of the environmental monitoring.

المسؤوليات

  • Carry out in-process and finished goods sampling for analysis
  • Carry out inspection on packaging and raw materials
  • Assist in sample preparation of daily sensory evaluation
  • Update product status in the warehouse with appropriate stickers
  • Assist in preparing CoC/CoA
  • Nonconformity management
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory analytical instruments

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in advanced analytical techniques
