SAP Finance – General Ledger Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP Finance – General Ledger (GL) Specialist to support a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP General Ledger processes in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure efficient financial close, accurate reporting, and compliance with financial regulations.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP General Ledger (GL) processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Design and configure key GL components, including chart of accounts, ledger structures, document splitting, and financial period closing processes
- Support the integration of GL with other financial components such as AP, AR, Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and Controlling (CO)
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Develop functional specifications for custom reports or system enhancements
- Assist in data migration activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to GL
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and business sign-off activities
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration
