The Assistant Relationship Manager is responsible for providing client service support to Relationship Managers (RMs) servicing Private Banking clients. The role involves supporting the full client lifecycle, including account opening and trade arrangement, while ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standards.
المسؤوليات
- Provide client service support to Relationship Managers
- Adhere to Bank’s policies and procedures regarding AML and Regulatory Compliance
- Drive positive outcomes in the client lifecycle (account opening, trades, periodic reviews)
- Respond to client enquiries and instructions
- Conduct business with utmost integrity and professionalism
- Comply with applicable rules and obligations of relevant regulatory authorities
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma from reputable institutions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain empathetic, passionate, and resilient
