At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. As a Manager in International Tax Services – M&A, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping clients navigate complex cross-border transactions from strategy through execution.
المسؤوليات
- Lead end-to-end M&A tax engagements, including due diligence, tax modeling, and structuring
- Translate complex international tax rules and local regulations into practical guidance
- Design and operationalize tax-efficient structures
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams, coaching Seniors and Associates
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets and client-facing materials
- Monitor global and regional regulatory developments
- Support business development and RFPs
- Advise on outbound transactions and tax-efficient structuring
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of international tax principles, cross-border transaction structuring, and M&A tax considerations
- Proficiency in tax due diligence, deal modeling, and integration planning
