HEAD BAGAGGE HANDLING SYSTEM OPERATION

Manage and run day-to-day operations of the Baggage Handling System (BHS). Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve issues, prepare operations reports, and ensure system performance of 99.5%.
المسؤوليات
- Manage daily BHS Operations
- Liaise and plan maintenance with BHS Maintenance team
- Prepare operations reports and SLA compliance summaries
- Validate monthly bag statistics
- Meet with stakeholders and contractors to achieve 99.5% system performance
- Develop comprehensive contingency plans to mitigate operational risk
- Ensure staff are trained on manuals and procedures
- Ensure equipment and tools are available and safe to use
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Aviation or related fields
- A minimum of 4 years in Baggage Operations
