  • Activate Sheraton public space programming (Community Table, Studios)
  • Facilitate connectivity between guests and local community
  • Manage partnerships with local businesses
  • Recommends budget and manage margins
  • Implement Sheraton Club program as per Brand Standards
  • Perform In-Room personalized check-in for Suite Guests
  • Ensure compliance with CID reporting and passport scanning
  • Set departmental development plans and conduct training
  • Manage guest defects and response times in GXP
