Our client is seeking an Execution Manager located in Saudi Arabia. Define project scope, manage project planning, and ensure construction process control is aligned with overall project goals. Oversee project execution, ensure timely completion, report on progress, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, providing leadership to ensure that project milestones are met.

- Oversee project execution, ensure timely completion, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with senior leaders
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, clients)
- Identify potential risks during project execution and take proactive steps to mitigate them
- Report directly to the Development Manager and Department Director on project status
المؤهلات
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Civil Engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in construction or execution management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in construction planning, quality control, and managing complex projects
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or MBA
- Additional certifications such as RMP (Risk Management Professional) are highly preferable
