Trella is seeking a Cross-Border Commercial Lead to build, scale, and own the commercial performance of our cross-border logistics operations. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key shipper accounts, and developing supply networks.

  • Own and grow cross-border revenue across assigned corridors
  • Develop and execute cross-border commercial strategy
  • Lead supply acquisition efforts for cross-border lanes
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a dedicated cross-border commercial team
  • Identify new cross-border corridors and growth opportunities

  • 6–10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or cross-border trade
