GreenTomatoMedia is seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to build unconventional operational systems for YouTube and Search visibility. This role focuses on account infrastructure, engagement mechanics, and scaling systems that work around platform limitations.
المسؤوليات
- Research and test fast visibility strategies
- Find gaps in platform detection, signals, and thresholds
- Design experiments challenging assumptions of what is possible
- Track and measure experiments with intellectual honesty
- Build and scale account infrastructure systems under the radar
- Solve operational friction related to behavioral patterns
- Develop systematic SOPs for engagement and CTR optimization
المؤهلات
- Experience in SEO, YouTube growth, or affiliate marketing
- Understanding of platform algorithms beyond official guidelines
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
