We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Marble & Granite company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling building materials, strong market knowledge in the UAE construction sector, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marble, granite, and building materials market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client databases
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the Building Materials industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
