We are looking for a Social Media Officer who is reliable, organized, and able to manage communication across the company's online platforms. The ideal candidate will handle messages, coordinate with internal departments and external marketing agencies, and support basic social media tasks.

- Handle incoming messages and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide accurate responses
- Follow up with external marketing agency regarding posts and campaigns
- Assist in implementing the monthly content plan
- Monitor social media pages and report issues or complaints
- Support basic page management tasks like uploading posts and tracking engagement
- Share customer feedback and insights with management
المؤهلات
- 1-3 years of experience in social media handling or customer support
- Strong communication and writing skills in Arabic
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
