Business Manager

The Business Manager – F&I is a commercial, revenue-generating role within the Finance & Insurance department, responsible for maximizing penetration of finance, insurance (F&I) and value-added products (VAPs) across assigned retail showrooms.
المسؤوليات
- Promote and upsell finance, insurance, and value-added products (VAPs) to customers.
- Evaluate customer needs and structure competitive and compliant F&I packages.
- Manage the complete deal lifecycle including finance application and documentation.
- Engage with bank and insurance partners for timely case approvals.
- Deliver showroom-level F&I income targets.
- Train and mentor Sales Executives on product knowledge and selling techniques.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in automotive Finance & Insurance, Banking Sales (auto loans/insurance), or equivalent commercial functions.
- Experience with multi-brand dealerships and high-volume environments.
