Market Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and professional Market Development Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have in-depth familiarity with the Saudi market, especially government project operation norms, and possess excellent government communication and project coordination capabilities.
المسؤوليات
- Assist foreign-funded enterprises in applying for land use and construction permits
- Coordinate and communicate with owners, partners and government departments
- Develop market development strategies targeting Saudi government projects
- Collect and analyze Saudi market information and industry policies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Practical experience in interacting with Riyadh or Jeddah government departments
- Familiar with the bidding rules of Saudi government projects
- Fluent in English and Arabic preferred
