Residential Complex Manager

Responsible for leasing performance across the compound, leading tenant acquisition, pricing, marketing, negotiations, and renewals to achieve occupancy and revenue targets for upscale residential communities.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing plans
- Own the end-to-end leasing funnel (generation to renewals)
- Define tenant mix strategy and adjust pricing
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking
- Manage marketing campaigns and measure ROI
- Build and manage broker network and corporate accounts
- Coordinate with Facilities Management on maintenance SLAs
- Oversee move-in/move-out processes
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related
- 7+ years of progressive experience in leasing and managing residential compounds
- Excellent communication skills in English
