We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Homecare team in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in sourcing, hiring, and deploying qualified nursing professionals.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Handle overseas recruitment and embassy processing
- Coordinate with embassies and recruitment agencies
- Ensure compliance with DOH requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and trackers
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in RN recruitment
- Strong knowledge of international recruitment and embassy processing
