- Develop and manage B2B sales activities targeting contractors and companies
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Promote paints and coatings solutions for project requirements
- Prepare quotations and follow up on offers
- Coordinate with technical and supply chain teams for order execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines
- Achieve assigned sales targets
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales (paints/coatings preferred)
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
