Revenue Accounting Manager - Software Industry, IFRS 15, NetSuite

Canonical is hiring a Revenue Accounting Manager to drive revenue recognition processes, decisions, systems, and reporting. The role requires expertise in IFRS 15/ASC 606 to build scalable contract review processes. The manager will work across teams like product management, legal, and sales operations to ensure high levels of automation in reporting.
المسؤوليات
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Legal to design standard contracts
- Drive process and configuration improvements in NetSuite for automation
- Review and evaluate revenue recognition impact of non-standard contracts
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of revenue accounting professionals
- Assist in month-end revenue close
- Research and write accounting memos
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors
المؤهلات
- Exceptional academic track record
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, CA or equivalent with excellent technical accounting skills and IFRS experience
- Detailed understanding of IFRS 15 and relevant rules related to SaaS
- Leadership or management responsibility
- Experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred)
