You will partner closely with People Leaders to foster high-performing teams, drive talent management, and cultivate an inclusive culture. This role requires an experienced professional who delivers excellence in leadership development and colleague engagement.

- Provide proactive HR advisory support to People Leaders
- Deliver guidance on leadership development and employee relations
- Drive initiatives that enhance leadership capabilities
- Lead the implementation of HR processes
- Monitor and analyse people data for trends and risks
- Support targeted programmes for talent development and succession planning
- Collaborate across HR Centres of Excellence
- Champion a culture of accountability and ambition
المؤهلات
- Significant experience delivering HR advisory and consulting services in a matrixed organization
- Deep knowledge of talent management frameworks and performance management
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders
- Strong project management capabilities
- Professional HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are highly desirable
